How One Podiatrist’s Vision Transformed Her Practice and Her Life
BEFORE THE FIX
A podiatrist in a busy suburban practice felt pulled in every direction. Her staff was competent but uninspired. Growth was stagnant, and she often questioned whether she was building something meaningful or just surviving each week.

Build Your WHY, Vision, and Mission in 90 Days
1️⃣ Start with your WHY: What impact do you want to make beyond profit? Why did you get into healthcare? Your WHY is your anchor, guiding every decision.
2️⃣ Define your Vision: What do you want your practice to look like in five years? Will you expand, deepen your niche, or focus on patient experience? Your vision sets your destination.
3️⃣ Craft your Mission: How will your team bring your vision to life? Your mission is the action plan. Clear, patient-focused, and easy for your team to remember and use.
4️⃣ Break it Down: Set aside time to work through each component. Aim for progress, not perfection, and involve both clinical and admin staff so everyone feels ownership.
5️⃣ Document and Share: Post your WHY, vision, and mission where your team will see them on your website, in onboarding packets, and in weekly huddles. Let them guide hiring, training, and daily decisions.
